What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

During delivery, we advise all customers to open the package to
ensure they receive the item(s) ordered and that they are in good
condition.

In case of an incorrect or faulty item, you are to hand the item back
to the delivery personnel.

What should I do if I receive an item and its not my size?

During delivery, we advise all customers to open the package to ensure they receive the item(s) ordered.

In cases of wearable items e.g shoes, clothing etc. please ensure you test them quickly before the delivery personnel leaves.

In case of sizing issues, you are to hand the item back to the delivery personnel.

Can I exchange an item?

You can try to return an item to have it exchanged but we may not always honor this request as we cannot guarantee having your size due to fast moving stock.

We suggest that you purchase the correct item from our website and return the original to us. We will then process your refund as soon as possible. See our returns page for more information.

I have an issue with my wrist watch battery. What do i do?

For wrist watches, we do our best to check that the watches are in perfect conditions before they are sent out, but we have had cases when the battery run out while in transit, probably due to the heat encountered in transit after long storage at the warehouse.

Please NOTE, for watches that cost less than 9,000CFA, WE DO NOT replace batteries, we implore you to please change the batteries yourself as this often cost about 500CFA to less for small watches. 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay on delivery via cash, bank transfer or card (POS) payments. Please note that when you choose the option to pay on delivery, you will be required to pay the delivery fee upfront before your order is placed or processed

You can also make full payment before delivery via MTN Money or Orange Money.
